Are payment plans available?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options tailored to your needs. You can choose to pay the full amount upfront or go with our easy monthly payment plan. Just a heads-up in order to keep everything running smoothly, your balance does need to be paid in full by the final due date—otherwise, your spot may be released and payments made so far will be non-refundable.

What's the roommate policy?

Interested in bringing a plus one? While they don’t have to be a content creator, they should vibe with the group’s overall mission which is to create content while building community. Having like-minded people on the trip ensures that everyone’s on the same page.

Think of the friend that takes the best pictures of you while she may not want to be the center of attention, she understands the assignment.

All plus ones are subject to approval.

What if my roommate cancels?

If you purchase the Double Occupancy package, please understand you are fully responsible and financially obligated for the reservation. Should your roommate cancel, we will make all best efforts to help you find another roommate, however there is no guarantee.

Question 4

Are the days packed with things to do or we will have down time to create content?

The itinerary is a mix of structured experiences and downtime — trust, we’re not running around nonstop. I know how important it is to have space to create. You’ll have time to film, get your content, and still enjoy the moment. About 1 month before the trip, I’ll send over a content guide: what’s trending, audios to save, outfit inspo, and post ideas — because if you fail to plan, you plan to flop. The goal is to help you show up ready, so you can batch quality content without the stress. You’ll leave with both memories and media

Do you always go to the same destinations?

I totally understand! Committing to a group trip is a big decision, and I want you to feel 100% comfortable. Question 6

If I cancel will I get a refund?

It is an extraordinary commitment to bring this one-of-a-kind experience to our Travelers and, therefore ALL payments are non-refundable, including deposit fees as well as installment payments.
The only exception to this policy is if Brown Girls Trippin is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, in which case the Owner of Brown Girls Trippin will notify all Travelers for upcoming destinations via email to provide refund instructions.

We completely understand that unforeseen situations may present themselves to our Travelers and for such circumstances, situations, and occasions we highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance to cover your assets.

Please note: All chargeback notifications received via your bank will be considered cancellation of your Brown Girls Trippin reservation.  All documentation, including confirmation of receipt of travel policies and agreement signatures will be provided to the banking institution as confirmation of payment according to all agreed upon terms.

Should I purchase travel insurance?

Troubles and/or change can happen to anyone, including you and they often occur when you least anticipate them, forcing you to cancel or interrupt your trip, lose your investment, and incur unplanned expenses. We strongly encourage Travelers to purchase Travel Insurance to cover unexpected events such as loss of income, medical emergencies for you or someone dear to you before and during the trip, a death in the family, natural disasters, and other unforeseen events. In fairness to our Travelers that purchase Travel Insurance, we strictly abide by the Transfer, Cancellation, and Refund Policy contained herein regardless of personal circumstances or circumstances beyond your control that prevent or delay your participation. Travel insurance may be purchased from a national insurer.  Simply research by typing “Travel Insurance” into your search engine to become informed regarding options available. Insurers usually require the purchase of coverage to occur near the date of booking. Some airlines offer Travel Insurance – please be aware that such insurance rarely covers more than just the air fare; you may still lose your investment in your desired Brown Girls Trippin package in such a case. We are here to help you have an enjoyable experience, which includes the execution in planning your trip and securing Travel Insurance from a direct travel insurance carrier, which usually covers the entire investment please email browngirlstrippin@gmail.com to request travel insurance. Please note: travel insurance must be added within 14 days of purchasing the vacation package.
